The Alpina 1550 BC Backcountry Boot has the features you need, such as insulation and a beefy outer sole, for a full day of comfortable backcountry Nordic touring. A Thinsulate lined upper section keeps your feet warm and dry. The Alpina BC 1550 is constructed of coated leather, and the wraparound plastic cuff provides stability for breaking trail through deep snow. This cuff has a hook-and-loop closure power strap for easy adjustment. Constructed on a woman-specific last, this boot accommodates a slimmer heel and higher instep and uses Autofit padding around the ankle for a perfect fit. The Alpina BC 1550 is only compatible with the NNN BC bindings.
