compact pad
The cut of this sleeping pad makes it much more compact than my Thermarest Camp Rest. I had a great night's sleep on this big agnes pad. It doesn't self inflate like the thermarests but no biggie as I've got plenty of air. Thumbs up.


Big Agnes Two Track REM Sleeping Pad
Always remember Big Agnes pads are meant to be used with their sleeping bags. The bags are 2/3rd fill with the bottom third reserved for the pad ... it slips inside a full body sleeve. This pad and bag system is awesome. You don't roll, you don't get twisted, and you get a lot more insulating value than even synthetic bags with a flimsy pad. It only got down to 18 degrees where I camped and I was cozy warm. You need to probably wear a thin layer of clothing just to adapt to sleeping on a firm surface. It is compact for a 2.5" pad and relatively light. Combined with the light Big Agnes bag, my entire system weighs four pounds and a couple ounces. I'll be testing it out and the end of October with temperatures getting below 10 degrees, so we'll see how it performs. Why a company hasn't integrated their sleep gear like this before is beyond me.


Incredibly Comfortable
This sleeping pad beats my old one hands down. I used to wake up at the crack of dawn, happy that I didn't have to try to sleep anymore. I took the Two Track on a 4 day winter camping, ice climbing trip and slept so soundly that someone had to come and wake me up. The Two Track doesn't take up any more space than my old one and at two inches thick is incredibly comfortable even for sleeping on your side.


Very Nice Pad
This pad shaves weight with its mummy design. When used with the Big Agnes bag it works nicely. I used it with another bag and still slept very well. It has a slim design (less weight) for using with the Big Agnes bags so if you move a lot then you will want the whole Big Agnes system. I don’t move a lot and I had the most comfortable nights I have ever spent above 11,000 feet. I will use this sleeping pad on every trip.
