Black Diamond Dogbones - Sewn Dynex and Nylon Runners

Brand : Black Diamond
Item : BLD0218

Build your quickdraws with the Black Diamond Dogbones for easy-clipping performance when it matters most. Dogbones use rubber inserts to keep carabiners correctly oriented. Don't blow the redpoint because of a rotated biner and botched clip. Dogbones are available in 12cm and 20cm lengths in both Dynex and nylon.

Black Diamond Dogbones - Sewn Dynex and Nylon Runners

Quality Runners
I recently upgraded my runners with these. They are lighter and more compact than my old nylon runners. One problem that they share, however, is freeze-up whey they get wet and cold. I'm wondering if there is a dry treatment for runners.

New bones
Finally replaced my six year old dog bones. The new black diamond runners are sweet. i really like the rubber band gasket thing that holds the biner in place. the only thing i didn't like is that they were mostly all different colors, but thats me and i like my stuff to match. cheap fix for good piece of mind.

own biners
Great to replace those old suspect dog bones. With hair elastics as a cheap way to hold one of the bineers in place these let you also make your own draws with the carabineers of your choice. I like Black Diamond carabineers with the keylock gates.
