Burton Ion Snowboard Boot - Men's
Amazing
I bought these boots after talking to the pros at my pro-shop. I actually live in Switzerland and snowboard very often. I wanted a boot that would keep me warm, respond quickly and still give me the versatility to use the terrain park if I wished. I love them and would by them again. A little pricey granted but I think it was the best money I've spent in years.
they broke on me!!!
I got my first pair of quality snowboard boots. They slipped on great and felt perfect....until they speed zone lacing system broke!!!! It was the very first time I put on the boots and right when I pulled on the cord it snapped somewhere in the boot. My local board shop says they have had multiple returns because of this exact same problem. Awesome boots but hey, just some food for thought.
These boots rock
If you want a boot that fits like a skate shoe you should get this boot. In the past I've always thought snowboard boots had to suck and feel uncomfortable. Boy was I wrong! These boots are a little tricky to get on at first, but as soon as your use to it you can get both of them on in less than a minute. I was just blessed with snow so I got to try these out and they rock. They stay nice and dry inside and didn’t overheat or get to cold. As soon as I took off my boot it wasn’t all cramped like normally. I love these boots. They cost a lot of coin but worth every booty!!!
Burton Vapor 153, C60 Bindings & Burton Ion Boots
I cannot tell you guys, how much I, appreciated all of your expert advise. I ventured to Mammoth Mountain for the very first time, with all of my new gear. The Burton Ion boots are so, so, so comfortable and the break-in period was not even an issue. The fit around the ankle and toes were perfect, nice and snug. My circulation to my feet was great. usually the first part of my body that stops circulating during snowboarding is my toes. The Burton Ion boots are worth every penny and more. The Burton "Vapor" with the C60 bindings, again you guys "ROCK". Your advise surpassed all of my expectations. Thank you all and for those of you thinking about the Burton Ion Boots. You don't have to contemplate which are the best boots to wear for fit, looks and comfort. The Burton Ion are for you. "Just Do it" P.S. Perfect fit
8 days in Steamboat and not a single problem. Love the stiffness & the lacing system is killer, but learn how to use it. I even got a 1/2 size bigger and my toes where very happy. Aloha.
