Dakine Split Gear Bag is awesome for the $$$
I just purchased the Dakine gear bag just for snowboarding and it did not fail my expectations. The bag is extremely durable and the main thing is that it can be separated into 2 bags is a bonus. With the bag fully packed I managed to squeeze enough gear and clothing for my girlfriend and myself for a weeks worth of mountain fun. At the airport it weighed in at 50.2 lbs. so I didn't have to separate them. The handles on the bag are great too, the inline skate wheels just glide over anything. Best gear bag at this price.


bomb proof
i packed this bag/these bags so full i was sure the zippers wouldn't hold, but the split roller held up great. the wheels and handle make it easy to maneuver even when it was ten pounds over weight. well designed, bomb proof and easy for travel.


Its ok
Its ok I thought there would be more room than the split roller. But it’s really low and wide. It's defiantly sick that it splits in two incase it's over weight.
