Dalbello Sports Krypton Cross Alpine Ski Boot - Men's

Better than my old Flexon Comps...
I bought these to replace my aging pair of Raichle Flexon Comp Extreme's....so far, I'm very happy with these boots. Dalbello has corrected the problems with the original Flexons (better latches/micro-adjusters, better inner boot with no overlaps), while retaining the excellent flex pattern of the old Flexons. The fit was instantly familiar, though I think the Kryptons are slightly wider than the old Flexons (which were great for people with skinny feet). Performance on the hill was excellent - very light, very responsive. A great buy.


Perfect fit
I am entering my 40th year skiing and I wanted to replace my 15 years old Raichle Flexon comp. I was very uncertain about replacing it because those boots were perfect for me. Dalbello take over is very successful, the fit is the same even better. If you love the old Flexon Comp don't hesitate to jump to Dalbello Krypton.


An upgraded flexon comp.
Being an avid fan of the flexon comps, I was hoping that the Krypton would be more of the same. I skied the Krypton Cross boots one day before we lost the snow coverage in the backcountry. They provided the same great flex that I had been missing since I broke the flexon comps. Upgrades that I liked were the new buckles, if they do break there they will be a lot easier to repair. The fit is slightly wider and the flex adjustment is a great addition giving the boots more range. Just what I have been looking for. I am a happy man.
