Good idea, poor execution
Loved the idea, but did NOT like the product. Ordered 2, one as a gift. The gift didn't work, returned it, the other works. Problems encountered: confusing directions, poor diagrams, buttons hard to press, no easy way to reset a mistake (still haven't figured out how to correct the date!). At least it's easy to read as it is quite large, a bit too large for a woman though. Still, was looking for a reasonable heart rate monitor for moderate workouts as I am not a serious athlete. Just wanted to know that I was reaching my target heart rate.


Faulty Product
Was looking for a simple hr monitor for mid-distance runs in order to train, but found the high gear watch uncomfortable and the buttons were simply awkward in getting a pulse reading. On top of that, the readings just stopped working the first day before I could even use it, in which the entire screen blanked and the unit kept emitting a high-pitched squeal as I tried to get an initial hr reading. I guess you pay for what you get.

This is my second Pulse watch--The first being returned when the pulse feature kept showing 220+ regardless of the circumstance--This one worked for awhile and now it too is registering a pulse rate if 220 even at rest--Oh well at least it keeps time.
