great lightweight pants
I bought 2 of these for traveling and I think they will be great. They are almost weightless, but not flimsy at all. I noticed that the stretch seems to be in the long direction only; they don't seem to stretch in width. This isn't a problem necessarily, but I expected 2-way stretch. They fit pretty true to size, maybe a little roomier than some. Slightly low cut, comfortable and flattering. The hem is deep enough on the inside to allow you to fold up a bit for a cuff (for looks or shortening purposes). Note that the "cell phone" pocket is a misnomer: there is NO cell phone that would fit through the opening of the side pocket, so don't count on that. (The pocket itself is big enough for a cell, but the way it's sewn, the opening is smaller than the width of the pocket.) I will wear these a lot - very comfortable and flattering- and would be great camping or traveling.
