Lib Technologies Pacifier 163 Snowboard

Brand : Lib Technologies
Item : LBT0052

Take your freestyle domination to the entire mountain with the Lib Tech Pacifier. Its twin-directional shape has a longer tip profile that increases flotation in the fluff without compromising your ability to charge switch in any terrain. Part of Lib Tech's Hardcarving Freestyle series, the Pacifier uses their honeycomb-wood Air Core which has half the mass of a solid-wood core. This ride is lighter and stronger than boards with traditional wood cores. Korrect Kap construction decreases swing weight so you can easily throw a five off a cornice huck and the fast, low-maintenance TNT polymer base keeps you flying when you put the pedal down. Once you get your hands on the Pacifier, the rest of your quiver is doomed to sit in the closet. NOTE: We have no control over which color base you receive. It's up to Lady Luck—good thing she's a benevolent wench.

Lib Technologies Pacifier 163 Snowboard

Just My 2 Cents...
I've been riding Libs for years now, but up until last year all I rode was the J. Lynn 157 W, which I've pretty much bought each year’s model as it was released... Last year I decided to get the Pacifier as well since some friends and I were heading to Breck for a couple weeks... All I can say is I was stoked with the board from the very first run (which was untracked powder as the day we arrived Breck had a big dump) The board is great because it really works in a variety of conditions.. In Breck we did everything from big pow runs to running laps in the park. The board carves really well, had great flex and is really stable on landings off of medium jumps (I don’t really hit huge jumps... just not that good yet) On return from Breck I rode the board all season on our East Coast ice, and again the board rules... Also Libs are really easy to maintain, they don't seem to need to be tuned as often as other boards I've ridden. All in all I can't say enough bout this board an Lib Tech in general... If you are looking for a great all around stick look no further, and Hey, if it's good enough for T. Rice, it's good enough for us mere mortals.
