Polar Wrist Strap Clip Set



A little disappointing
I've found that the AXN is just a little too big for my wrist. It starts to get irritating after a while and chafes. I was hoping for a soft band that would hold it more snugly. This band did not meet the need. It's too long even after trimming and the fabric is rough. I think it will probably work over my parka this winter while skiing but won't work as a primary watch band. I definitely believe there is a better solution out there. I hope that SmartBand or another vendor makes an AXN specific band in the future.


Polar watch protector
Excellent utilitarian approach to watch protection, not pretty but does the job. The protector looks like a throw-back to the days of Swatch, and the funky-colored face protectors. Purchased to protect my AXN500 on mountain bike rides and hikes, it gladly handles the bumps and dings that would surely mangle the tempered glass face of the AXN500. Polar over-builds their products and this protection shield is no exception, it adds about an 1/8" of thickness to the face of watch. Kudos Polar
