it helps on the fall
The elbow pads definitely help to break the fall for those who are trying to learn. The only downside is that the color comes off, so make sure you wear something dark with it because it made my white shirt purple on the sleeves.


Look good...
They aren't hard like hockey pads, they are fairly soft. I don't think they would stop a break, but they will certainly help with a fall.
