Salomon Techamphibian Sandal - Women's

Brand : Salomon
Item : SAL0145

The Salomon Women's Techamphibian Shoes blur the line between sandals and shoes. They protect your feet like shoes but drain water like a sandal. The synthetic mesh upper and Quickfit lacing won't absorb water so you don't have to carry around extra weight until your shoes dry. The adjustable, convertible heel folds out of the way when you need a slip on for a quick jaunt out of your tent in the middle of the night. Built for professional river guides, canyoneers and adventure racers who make frequent transitions between wet and dry environments, the Techamphibian traction keeps you upright.

Salomon Techamphibian Sandal - Women's

Shoelaces
I think this is a great shoe. Comfortable and so easy to put on and go. My only problem is that the shoelace broke and I can't find anywhere to replace it. Most stores don't sell the laces. I went to the Salomon website and they have no contact info on the site. Has this problem happened to anyone else? Where have they replaced the shoelace? Despite the fact that they are kevlar, they still break.

Salomon Women's River Shoes
These are wonderful...I wish I had them years ago...and they make kayaking in the muddiest of rivers a pleasure. They are cool, well-fitting, flexible and adjustable, and drain off water so fast you don't even know it's there.

An incredible Shoe
I broke these shoes in by wearing them immediately and hiking through rain forest, streams, ocean and over rocks in Maui. They were great. 4 straight days of wet and dry use. By the fourth day, my feet were ready for no shoes, but you can't blame them. These shoes were rock steady plus they look good!

The Narrows!
I ordered these for my wife in anticipation for hiking the 13 mile trek through the narrows in Zion National Park. Half the journey was in 2 - 4 feet of water. The amphibians did well, and so did her feet! No problems. Her one piece of criticism is focused on the heel/rear shoe fastener. She complained that it lossened up to easily and often, making stops for re-tightening several times. Otherwise...Awesome shoes.

Great water shoes
I do water aerobics in an indoor pool four days a week and I was in need of a new pair of shoes for class. I have been buying a shoe designed for water aerobics made by Ryka, but one day they finally gave out! (Chlorine is brutal on your shoes.) I was desperate for a new pair, found some in a store in town, (on my lunch break from work) paid $75 for them, more than the Rykas by about $20 but thought they would be worth it. They felt so good when I tried them on. But when I got home that night I decided to shop for them online, (I can usually find things cheaper there.) I did! I found your site! And best of all, you saved me $30! The shoes have been awesome for classes. In 2 of these classes we do a lot of running in the water and these are perfect! When I need a new pair I will be back. Not to mention, although I will, I have passed the name of your site on to at least four people in class. Thanks for being here!
