Smith Slider Series Polarized Toaster sunglasses feature removable interchangeable lenses. Among Smith's line of sunglasses, Sliders are the call for multiple sports and varied light conditions. The Slider Toasters are one of Smith's most popular shades, and as with all Slider Series shades, each pair comes with 3 lens sets for specific light conditions, depending on your frame color choice. The Polarized Toaster offers polarized lenses featuring Horizontal Glare Reduction, or HGR. Horizontal Glare Reduction is a filter designed to specifically filter out 99% of reflected glare, resulting in enhanced visual acuity and reduced eye fatigue. Toaster frames wrap slightly around your head to minimize the effects of wind, snow, glare and errant tree branches. The Toasters in particular offer the smallest Smith frame available. *Only one set of lenses is Polarized. The replacements are not.

Pretty good, but not great
First of all, these sunglasses are definitely for very small faces, for me that was fine. The frames are very small, though. Although I like the flexibility of having multiple sets of lenses, I find that the lenses are not nearly as snug as I think they should be. I don't think there is any danger of them falling out, but they do move around a little and I find myself constantly pushing them back into place. Overall, a decent pair of shades that holds snug to your head and provides nice flexibility with the extra lenses. I probably would not spend so much again on these, though.

I love these sunglasses - definitely perfect for someone with a small head. The stay on my head really well and are a joy to see through! I always keep the polarized lenses in, they are great in all conditions.
I pair is all you need.
I have had my smith toasters for 5 years. I love them, I thought I lost them and I was going to spend the money just to get another pair. I wear them everywhere, on the water, in the car, and on the slopes. I hardly ever change the lenses because just the amber lens makes crystal clear vision in about all conditions. I know when I don't have them.

I love these Smith sunglasses. I have worn all sorts of shades, and these are by far the most comfortable. I wear them running and they stay put really well. They are great everyday where ever glasses too! I would highly recommend these Sliders to anyone with a small to medium sized face.
