The North Face Nova Sleeping Bag: 0 Degree Down

Brand : The North Face
Item : TNF1176

A Shadowlite HyVent waterproof breathable shell allows The North Face Nova 0 Degree Down Sleeping Bag to be used in wet winter conditions that shut down other down bags. Now you can take advantage of 800+ fill down's excellent warmth, compressibility, and low weight on trips where there's a significant chance of getting your bag wet. The Nova is ideal for winter camping and mountaineering—equally ready for a night in a snow cave or frost-covered tent. Seal up the down-filled draft collar to stay warm when temps drift toward the big zero and your partners are freezing their butts off in their synthetic bags. *Not Available for Shipment to Canada.

The North Face Nova Sleeping Bag: 0 Degree Down

Nova
I just got back from a trip to Mt. Washington. I used to Nova for the first time in temps around 10 or 15 degrees. I was actually hot in the bag. The pocket by the face worked great for my headlamp and the glow-in-the-dark zipper was nice. I didn't get the bag wet so I cannot comment on the HyVent. Also, the compression sack helps reduce the bag to a decent size. Overall a great bag. The only concern is how the water proof-ness affects its ability to breathe.
